Marie Digby is attractive, a singer and, and a halfer

The best and worst part of Youtube is the free ability to self promote.

When it doesn't work (like the leave Britney alone boy/girl) it is painful to watch. When it works well (like Tay Zonday and Chocolate Rain or Julia Nunes and her ukulele) it's fantastic.

Fortunately for Marie Digby, it has worked extremely well.

Marie Digby is another one of those artists who used Youtube as a medium to promote her music and it has been extremely beneficial for her.

She has an album coming out on June 23rd and already has a built in fanbase because of her Youtube channel. In addition to that, her songs have been used several times to cause dramatic effect on shows on MTV and the CW. (In other words, she's already on par with Hillary Duff.)

And yeah, she's a halfer.

Since she is easy on the eyes, seems destined for stardom, and is half Japanese, I thought this was a perfect opportunity to promote her since I am always about the advancement of halfers. Here's a couple of cover songs from Youtube for you to enjoy and help spread the word.
